When the module create new modules, they don't display the feeds properly. You can only view the part of one word per line.

I have read in the forum about it but solution posted in

http://www.aikons.net/ftopict-194.html

does not work

SOLUTION:
I edited the block-multiheadlines-x.php.

Search for
Code:
$content = "<table>

Replace with

Code:
$content = "<table width=\"100%\">

Is there any solution to do it auto in the creations of blocks?

So you didn't read my post......
I just edited the file and now work.....but whenever I'll create anew block, I will have to edit it manually.

I jus was guessing about a bug in the aautomatic process to create the blocks.

Embarassed Sorry for the mistake...anyway, I repeat you that the problem is solved, at least for the moment.

I REPEAT, that I found I bug, or this is I think it is. The module doesn't create the marquee blocks properly. I have to edit them as I explain in the first post.

PD: I know you are the owner of this site and the moduel, but Aikon, don't be so rude Evil or Very Mad . You are suppose to be kind so people use your module, and maybe donate for its development. Wink
.... and it's "Comprendes?" nor "comprende" Razz

Why do you call me rude, I am not rude, as I tried to respond to your problem.
I figured myself that it's about a blocks but I still can't understand what you are meaning when say that
Quote:

This have no meaning that's why I asked your site url, to see it myself[maybe it's because of translation from your language to english, maybe not].
I have used for long time the blocks generated by MH as it is and never experienced your problem so I don't know what you are talking about. I need to know exactly what your problem is. Can you understand this?

I really do apreciate every feedback that I get for MH but I don't suppose to be in a certain way, that you personally expect and definitely I don't need your donation.
Actually, you know something?
I am asking from you to stop the use of this php-nuke addon. Ok?
Hope this is as clear as possible.
First of all you should state exactly what is the problem and as I said, not jumping on "solutions" on a issue that nobody understand and being happy that you found a bug.
If you can't handle my tone or what I'm saying than please don't call me rude or anything else, you are not allowed - this is a warning, instead just don't come back.
Ok?

Finally I found a solution by myself. you can check it if you consider it good, so new versions of your module work ok in new versions of phpnuke.

SPECS:
phpnuke 8 (updated form previous version 7.Cool
Multiheadline 2.0.5. First time install

PROBLEM:
When creatin new blocks with marquee, only I can see a part of a word per line.
Problem is before posted here:
http://www.aikons.net/ftopict-194.html

But for me is not working.

SOLUTION:

Edit the index.php in modules/Multiheadlines/admin/

Find:

around line 143
Code:
$block_content  .= '$content = "<table>'."\n";

Replace it with:

Code:
$block_content  .= '$content = "<table width=\"100%\">'."\n";

Now it works for me.

PD: Aikon, some things for you:
1- I'm not happy to find a bug, but I think is good for you feedback with new versions of phpnuke.
2- I'm going to use the module, as it's distributed free and I think it's a great module.
3- You are doing a great job.
and finally; I only want to help other people with same problem.

I asked you to show me exactly what you see on your live website in order to evaluate the problem[I didn't understood what you have said, still don't].
That's why I needed you website url, to actualy see it myself.

Instead letting everything as it is[the code] and showing me how it looks, what is wrong, you anounced gloriously that you "solved the bug". I am happy for you.

If you really want to help others then maybe just don't edit anything[for a while] on those blocks and let me see what is wrong cause maybe your "solution" might fit only for your particular situation, is it?
Is this clear enough?

You can see a block in www.gonsite.es
The last in the left.

Wasn't hard was it?
As I said on the other topic the feeds titles are there but you cannot see them because is beyond the screen and also this is specific only to IE.
Something has to be done to move the content on the screen.
On the other topic I said to replace the atribute width of the marquee tag from width="100%" to width="400".
But yes your solution might work also.
However here on the site I didn't do what you have said I just changed the width of the marquee tag to an absolute value...it worked.

I will consider this on the next release.
