Ok but first you should delete those faulty feeds(as you should you do everytime you make a try).

Having issues with storing feeds in the DB. Had version 1.0 running on my site for the longest time and all of the sudden within a few weeks stop storing and I had a number of alerts showing up on my management page. So I upgraded to version 2.0 re ran the .sql file and cleared out my database. Just put back the one feed and still having the same symptoms.
My site is winterheat.net, let me know if you need more info.

Your host must have done something.....perhaps he disabled fopen directive from php.ini.
Try to ask him.
It this is the case then check this http://www.aikons.net/ftopict-224.html
Also when you upgraded you also included the triggering code in footer.php?

I just checked with the hosting service and they stated allow_url_fopen was set to ON. My footer.php has the modification.
Try to reinstall everything from scratch[before copy and paste your feed urls collection]...and I mean delete the old tables and the old files.
Make new tables with "multiheadlines.sql" [Multiheadlines 2.0.5] version] and also copy the new files.
In fact you cannot do an upgrade from 1.0 to 2.0.5, you must replace everything[files and DB tables].

I removed all the old files, the only thing I did not do was to remove the table entries. Assume I look at the old and new .sql files to see the table entries. Or is there an easier way ??

Emptied the database, wiped out all the old and new files, created a new catagory and added google sports. No feeds are being stored on database. Any suggestions.

I said remove[not empty] the old tables. After that recreate the new tables with multiheadlines.sql [2.0.5 version]]
