In the category pull down menu, maybe it would be nicer if you could order the categories better to avoid confusion in case 2 different subcategories have the same name:
Excellent idea - I like that.
For now I am working around that by including the main category name in the sub-category name.
So for a main category I have called 'Ebooks' I created sub-categories called 'Ebooks - CSS' and 'Ebooks - HTML' etc so I can identify them more easily in the drop down list.

Such as the title field when adding feeds, so that an apostrophe doesn't break out and throw an error.

This is up to publishers[if they have or not, into their feeds, videos] not to Multiheadlines.

Okay, I tried to add video links and it wasn't showing up as intented. I'm sure they are complient with the multiheadlines but wasnt working. I'll take a look again. Does anyone have any video feeds on their site I could take a look at?

have the prev and next go to the next page like google, rather than the next 10 or 20 pages at present.
Search
have the prev next the same as in the categories

Page links on first page and categories pages of MH works the same:
Those small char « and » turn into links when you have more MH pages then those set in MH admin panel-General settings [Number of page links] on bottom.
You could replace them with small triangle like on Google.

and click next, you go to page 11
(11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20)
In google if you're on page 5
(1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10)
and you click next, you go to page 6 and the numbers shuffle along one
(2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11).
Also have the [Number of page links] option for the search result pages.

If it would be like this and saying you have selected on MH General Settings the "Number of page links" 10 [for narrow themes] and supposing we have more than 50 pages how many cliks would you need to go straight to page 35.........A LOT.
I don't care how it's made on google, how it's made right now it's the most logical. Didn't you get mad on those sites where you should just click forever just to land on desired page! I did thay' why I made this way.

The reason I asked was probably because of being accustomed to how google works.
The first time I tried MH prev/next I didn't realise I was jumping ahead by 10 until I got to the bottom of the new loaded page.
I guess it is a personal preference and I understand your reason, but think most people, as I did, would expect to go to the next page(I could be wrong).
It's not a problem for me, as you say maybe just a personal feeling.
