I wanted to modify MH created block files but I get permission denied. I think because "nobody" created the file.

I attempted to chown the file to mine but that didn't work, any suggestions?

Please advise.

Sorry for not eplaining in depth.

I do have FTP access. I could download the file but then I couldnt upload it because of denied access.

I thought SSH would have more power over that but apparently I didnt do it right. Hope you know a thing or two about SSH Smile

So actually you can't upload the file back on the /blocks folder?

Can't you change the chmod for that folder, to be writable?

I was able to chmod the folder, I just can't upload the file to overwrite it.

I just dont know enough of Linux to make it work, but thanks anyway.

You don't have to know Linux.

Usually from your FTP client you can change the permissions to a remote folder.
