Strange Right Side Blocks Issue

I am using Nuke 8 w/center blocks installed and the Deep Blue Theme. The latest version of Multiheadlines and a custom Scrolling Block. Everything is working with the exception of when I activate the Module for All Visitors my right side blocks dissapear.

It is very strange as the site works perfectly with the Module active in any form except All Visitors. If you want to take a look at the site it is www.billsarena.com

Any insight would be appreciated.

I see nothing wrong.
News on home page without right sides, MH available users only.
However usualy your right side disapear when you have a problem in your current module. The script stops there that's why you can see the rest[right side].

It really seems to be a strange problem. It isn't necesarily being caused by Multiheadlines. The problem is being really inconsistent. Sometimes the blocks appear and sometimes they don't.

Is it possible that it is being caused by a traffic overload with my host?

I don't think I'm getting THAT much traffic, but yesterday the site was really busy.

I haven't installed any new modules lately, I find this issue to be testing my limited brain power. Laughing
