standard display of Title and 250 characters

hi aikons i am sorry to trouble you, was wondering is there a way to go around in this RSS feed which i test and the default display coming from this feed is displaying the whole content instead of showing the title and the 250 characters only. i have pm the rss feed in your pm box please take a look.

can the filtering code which you had recommend to me work in a way to set this rss feed to display title and discription only? Thanks you aikons
