Some troubles :
If I put the center block on down position, it does not work
I could not create my own feed. Here is what I obtain :
In the below textarea is your backend file content. Now all you have to do is select this code, copy and paste into a file, name that file .php and put that file on root of your site.

sql_fetchrow($db->sql_query("SELECT * FROM ".$prefix." ORDER BY DESC LIMIT 1")); echo ' $result = $db->sql_query($sql); while ($item = $db->sql_fetchrow($result)) { echo ' '.htmlspecialchars($item[""]).' http://femiforum.com/modules.php?name=='.intval($item[""]).' '.$feed_pubdate.' '."\n"; } ?>

There no name of the file and this code seems to be incomplete.

I must say that I did not do the install as you said. I did not follow the exact timing once I upload files and create tables, I went directly to create my feeds.
Thanks.

I have read an answer you made.
I went to the source and copy and paste to a file called feeds.php
http://femiforum.com/feeds.php
You can get that :
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING, expecting ',' or ';' in /home/femiforu/www/feeds.php on line 26
Well I don't know really php...

Sorry I'm not I'm sure I understand you. Question

There are two issues? The above and the below?

As for "My feeds" in your database you must have a table called ***_multiheadlines_myfeedurls[where *** is your prefix]. This table must have the following fields: feed_id, feed_filename, feed_filetype, feed_infotype, feed_num, feed_desc, feed_date, feed_enc, feed_chtit, feed_chdesc, feed_chimg, feed_copyrights, feed_categs.
One thing you can do is to check if you have this table and with the above mentioned fields.

I have the table, I also have all the fields, but I can see that it has not been changed since it has been ceatd. I tried to create some but they don't appear as files created.
The block, I try to explain. I can create one. It works only if le block is at the up of front page. If i change its position, It goes, and I must recreate it.
As I said, i did not follow the sequence when everything has been installed.
