Let me know if I get this right?

When you are using a feed url in Multiheadlines center block you don't get "??????" and when you use the same feed url in module you get "???????" ?

Yes I get "??????????/" when I use Multiheadlines center block. But if I use built in block maker in PHPnuke i do not. What I am trying to say is that it appears Multiheadlines is not capable of displaying non-English aphabet.
Can you tell me how a I able to get correct Unicode (UTF-Cool characters in Multiheadlines?

I don't know [I need to know your site charset and the feeds encoding] but looks like a encoding problem.
You could try this:
Open functions.php and on filtering function, at the begining, comment this three lines:
Code:
   if ($encoding=="UTF-8") {
      $string=utf8_decode($string);
   }

We all are.

1. file:--->functions.php from modules/Multiheadlines/ folder

2. lines to find:--->
Code:
   if ($encoding=="UTF-8") {
      $string=utf8_decode($string);
   }
[from line 201 to line 203]

3. put before these 3 lines a double slash "//" [without quotes]

Done.

And what happens if you instruct your browser to see the page in iso-8859-7 from View->Encoding->Greek?

I did not excplain that the problem is with only one category of multiheadlines... all the rest are comming with the correct way.
So for this category when i change the encoding of my browser to utf-8 (instead of iso-8859-7 which is the default)..
i can see these multiheadlines in Greek, but all the others around are in utf-8... this means in this type:...
  Galleries  Forum Top 15
Hot or Not site Video Web Links Bon Viveurs Newsletter

Can you help me with this?... it must be needed something like translation for title and description to utf-8 but i am completly lost with these codes...

Thanks again

Hi Aikon and thanks for your help

I am sending you the details in your mailbox.

Remember the default encoding for my page is Greek iso (iso-8859-7) which i can guess is not in your pc so you will see strange characters.
When the page (from the link i will send you) opened the second site with rss has the problem (the one in the category blogs).
If you change the encoding (from your bpowser) to utf - 8 the second becomes normal and change everything else in the site...

As you saw this site is still under construction with many - many problems because of this dummy utf8 and iso-8859-7.
I have asked for help from both max.pcnuke.com (Hummer) and from visayas.dk (unfortunately i can remember his name).
Something, either in java.. things or in whatever iso.. things create problems and one time i have the page saw correct and when change page i have problems.
The only thing i could do (i mean with my little knowledge in programming) was to create a module (with the help of nuke tools) there
http:(the url i send you) modules.php?name=thanks_Module
That i did.
I wish i knew better programming to fix every bug.
The only reason i went to powweb, as you can see from the link was because max.pcnuke has advertise of them and except money and problems... nothing been solved.
I have start since this February to trying to make this site work but as you can see it still has problems because i don’t know programming.
Believe me i am trying very hard every day.
Plus the reason i didn’t write open the url is because i am afraid of the hack attacks.

Any way i ask for your help too, if you can give me advices about how i can solve these problems is welcome.

I believe if you where me, you would do the same think.

... that’s all
