I might have been nice to provide an upgrade sql - I just lost all my categories and 100's of feeds which were indexed by Google.
I'm not complaining - I should have checked it first so it is my own fault

In fact if you have an old mysql db dump, you can use these four old tables:
*_multiheadlines_blocks,
*_multiheadlines_categ,
*_multiheadlines_urls,
*_multiheadlines_news - the contents of all tables too
and the only new two tables that must be re-created:
*_multiheadlines_config,
*_multiheadlines_myfeedsurls and the insert statement from multiheadlines.sql.
